Pancify provides tools for creators and communities to monetize content, manage payouts, and build audiences. You must use Pancify in accordance with all applicable laws and these terms. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Keep your login credentials secure and do not share them. You are responsible for any unauthorized activity under your account. Notify Pancify immediately of any security breach.

3. Creator Responsibilities

• Do not upload, share, or promote illegal, abusive, or infringing content
• Respect copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights
• Do not engage in harassment, hate speech, or fraudulent activity
• Comply with Pancify’s community guidelines and policies

4. Payouts & Payments

Pancify processes payouts to creators via third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Flutterwave). You must provide valid payout information. Pancify is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third-party services. Fees, minimum payout thresholds, and eligibility requirements may apply.

5. Intellectual Property

All Pancify platform content, features, and branding are the property of Pancify Technologies Ltd. Creators retain ownership of their original content but grant Pancify a license to display, promote, and distribute it on the platform. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Pancify’s materials without written consent.

6. Account Termination & Suspension

Pancify may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, illegal activity, or at its discretion. Reasons include, but are not limited to:

• Abusive, defamatory, or malicious behavior
• Spreading false information or misleading reviews
• Unauthorized resale or promotion of competitor products
• Hacking, spamming, piracy, or illegal activities
• Security threats or unauthorized sharing

7. Refund Policy

Pancify offers a 14-day refund policy for eligible purchases. Contact support within 14 days of your purchase for a refund. Refunds may not apply to all services; see our Refund Policy for details.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Pancify services are provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee compatibility with all browsers, devices, or third-party plugins. Please review demos or contact support for compatibility questions.

Pancify is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption. You assume all costs for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data.
